The unique modular approach of the Autoconcept series gives an unrivalled
flexibility to select and change the system configuration. This modular approach
extends to the clip-in ion source design enabling
ion source changes in seconds.
Autoconcept is controlled through a high resolution graphics
workstation for maximum ease of use with distributed slave microprocessors supporting the user interface.
The system is controlled by the MACH3Xe data system which offers high performance
DSP acquisition providing 15Mips processing and 500 KHz digitisation rate with
1,000,000:1 dynamic range between successive digitised samples.
